In the middle of the village of Dienville, on the banks of the Aube, lies the campsite Le Colombier. This small family campsite is situated on an estate around a beautiful old farmhouse. You can choose your own spot on … the flat, shady campsite. The most beautiful pitches are right by the river. The Aube is suitable for swimming, canoeing and kayaking. Hidden in the green Behind the imposing square farmhouse lies a flat campsite with beautiful pitches, hidden in the greenery. Le Colombier has 43 touring pitches, most of which are quite spacious. They are located on a grassy area, on well-maintained camping fields. The pitches are bordered by hedges, trees and bushes, which provide sufficient peace and privacy. There are four flats and six rooms in the farmhouse. There are also two lodge tents for rent. Bakery around the corner As the campsite is located in the centre of the village of Dienville, several facilities are within walking distance. There is a bakery and a supermarket around the corner. You can also buy fresh bread and some groceries at the campsite itself. There is no restaurant, but you will find all kinds of cosy restaurants in the nearby marina. Water-rich nature reserve The Aube is a slow-flowing river where you can swim and fish. The wooded campsite is located on the banks and has a small beach on the water's edge. You can explore the river by canoe or kayak. The campsite is located in a water-rich nature park: Parc Naturel Régional de la Forêt d'Orient [Regional Nature Park of the Eastern Forest]. There are three large reservoirs in the nature reserve where you will find many water sports and recreational opportunities.
